This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Raritan, NJ. The primary responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and team members, ensuring quality standards, and managing logistics. The Project Manager will play a key role in planning, expediting tasks, conducting inspections, and schedules to ensure project completion within deadlines and budgets.

• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee project life cycles
• Experience with Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to achieve timely delivery of materials and services
• Strong skills in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Knowledge of Logistics Management and coordination of resources to optimize project execution
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the carpentry or construction industry is a significant advantage
