Johnson & Johnson Med Tech is recruiting a fixed‑term (2 years)
Director, Process & Solution Confirmation Lead to advance the Med Tech Supply Chain Digital organization. This role is available at core J&J MT and Puerto Rico offices.

• Drive global OTC core business capability standardization, alignment, and adoption; ensure delivery through program execution.
• Translate Global Template from design to solution confirmation for OTC/Logistics/Customer Service ERP capabilities, ensuring integrated deployment within program timelines.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure design aligns with strategy and roadmaps; maintain integrity of global template through US solution confirmation activities.
• Partner with global Supply Chain experts in design, development, maintenance, and improvement of global business processes.
• Deliver quality team deliverables on time and within budget.
• Develop and deliver program presentations for senior‑level Med Tech stakeholders on program status.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA desirable.
• Minimum 5‑year progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain business experience, including SAP/ERP capabilities.
• Minimum 3 years of business process design, engineering, or optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Med Tech Supply Chain and hands‑on project delivery.
• Experience designing, developing, and managing operational technological processes in a global organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for influencing stakeholders.
• People‑management experience.
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma or Process Excellence helpful.
• Experience in cross‑functional decision‑making and managing project timelines in complex environments.
• Up to 25% travel (domestic and international).
