We are searching for the best talent for Director, Contracting Solutions to join our Enterprise Contract Management organization located in Raritan, NJ.

Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) is an organization where we serve as the Center of Excellence that delivers best in class solutions for Commercial Healthcare, Government & Regulatory, Systems, Processes and Training, and Risk Mitigation & Governance.

The Contracting Solutions team is accountable for leading current best-in-class process and technology while also driving the overall maturity of Johnson & Johnson and its business units' sell-side contracting, tendering, and price execution processes. The Application Support sub-area ensures the strong operation of multiple instances of contracting & revenue management systems and their associated ecosystem.

The Director, Contracting Solutions will be responsible for leading a group of specialized contracting professionals focused on the strategic lifecycle management of several tools/systems as well as collaborating with the respective technology teams.

• Own the management of specialized software vendors in a full lifecycle management approach
• Collaborate with technology partners in incident management and defect management including escalation, metrics, and resource allocation
• Partner with stakeholders including, but not limited to, internal business partners, upstream/downstream technology resources, finance, and external industry associates
• Drive strong change management for in-scope system and tools
• Collaborate with peers (e.g., Regional & Global Process Owners) to stay current with process trends and leading practices occurring in the marketplace to inform strategic direction
• Lead multiple sub-teams focused on different sectors, countries, or areas of focus
• Collaborate with other enterprise projects that may influence or affect contracting solutions, processes, and systems (e.g., TranSCend, Signi Fi, Cash Flow Generation Office)
• Lead market scans and evaluation of industry best-practices for Contracting and Revenue management systems
• Participate in events and engagement to shape future roadmap solutions for the industry
• Create resource goals & objectives and hold individuals accountable for execution
• As needed, make personnel decisions regarding hiring, performance, and termination
