We are seeking a full-time, on-site Car‑T Operator to join our team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Car‑T Operator will be responsible for manufacturing CAR‑T cell therapy products, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key responsibilities include cell processing, maintaining detailed documentation, performing equipment maintenance, monitoring quality control, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain efficient workflows and timelines.
Qualifications- Expertise in cell processing, GMP compliance, and utilization of biomanufacturing techniques and technologies.
- Strong skills in documentation, data recording, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience with equipment maintenance and quality control processes within a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and address complex manufacturing challenges with attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to work in a cross‑functional team setting.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in cell-based or biopharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred but not required.
