MOI/QCCB Lead in manufacturing autologous CAR-T cell therapy within a cGMP environment, focusing on Multiplicity of Infection and Quality Control Cell Bank processes.

• independently execute manufacturing and support activities such as cell culturing, purification, aseptic processing, cryopreservation
• ensure compliance with SOPs, batch records, and GDP
• support process development and continuous improvement
• maintain safe, compliant work environment
• contribute to audit readiness and investigation efforts

• HS diploma with 6+ years biotech/pharma experience or Bachelor's in Life Sciences/Engineering with 2+ years industry experience
• basic knowledge of manufacturing systems, GMP, and process documentation
• ability to operate lab and manufacturing equipment
• strong documentation and data entry skills
