URGENTLY HIRING experienced Registered Nurses for skilled home care in Somerset County. Case mix includes Assessments, Infusions, Injections, 1:1 Staffing Assignments, and Wound Care. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing home health clinical services, ensuring quality and adequacy of services provided. Interested candidates should have a minimum one (1) year of documented experience in a home health setting, primary care clinic or healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill, as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within the scope of New Jersey’s Nurse Practice Act
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
• Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws
• Counsel the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs

Requirements

• Current New Jersey RN License in good standing
• Clean background and criminal record
• Understanding of state and federal regulatory compliance, as well as Joint Commission standards
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintenance of client confidentiality
• Pediatric and/or infusion experience preferred but not required
