Raritan Animal Hospital is hiring a Client Service Representative!

• Role: Client Service Representative
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $17–$20 per hour
• Schedule: Weedays, rotating Saturdays

Our busy, 10-doctor, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in Central New Jersey is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who brings both warmth and precision to every interaction.

We’re not your average clinic — we practice high-quality medicine in a compassionate, team-centered environment, and we’re committed to Fear-Free techniques to make visits less stressful for pets and their people. As the friendly face (and voice!) of our hospital, you’ll be part of the team that sets the tone for excellent care and seamless communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome clients with empathy, professionalism, and enthusiasm — both in person and on the phone
• Coordinate appointments, manage records, and assist with client education
• Support our medical team in maintaining smooth daily operations
• Deliver top-tier service that reflects our hospital’s dedication to quality and compassion

What We’re Looking For:

• A personable communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• A passion for pets and their people
• Prior veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll provide training for the right fit

Schedule Options:
Full-Time:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
or Alternative

Schedule:

Four weekday mornings plus Saturday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
