Skilled Handyman - Residential Community, Hillsborough NJ

Premier Development, a real estate development and property management firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Skilled Handyman or Maintenance Technician to join our amazing team for one of our luxury residential communities in Raritan or Hillsborough NJ. Responsibilities include general interior and exterior maintenance, repairs in apartments and building common areas, responding to resident service requests, and preparing apartments for market.

• Only applicants who live within a 25-minute drive will be considered due to the on-call schedule.

• 3+ years of previous residential maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repair preferred but not required
• Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotation basis
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and tools and live within 25 minutes of job location due to on-call status
