Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial records, transactions, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with accounting software.

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Handle VAT calculations, filing, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.
• Monitor cash flow and support management with financial analysis.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software ERP.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
