Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and maintaining accounting records
- Preparing invoices, tax invoices, and LPOs (Local Purchase Orders)
- VAT filing and ensuring tax compliance
- Bank reconciliations and supplier/customer account reconciliations
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Payroll processing - Assisting with month‑end and year‑end closing
- Maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Handling PRO‑related work, including visa, labor, and government documentation
- General administrative duties and office coordination
- Maintaining employee records and office documentation
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting, data analysis, and record management
- Liaising with government authorities and external stakeholders when required
- 4–5 years of UAE experience in accounting and administration
- Experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel, and accounting software
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
