Transaction Processing
- Process accounts payable invoices payments and accounts receivable invoicing cash receipts
- Maintain accurate up-to-date financial records and general ledger entries
- Perform bank credit card and other account reconciliations
- Assist with audit preparation and data collection
- Manage filing data entry and other office tasks for the department
- Managing petty cash funds and petty cash reconciliation
- Liaise with clients or vendors regarding financial matters as needed
- 1-3 years in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Degree or equivalent in Commerce/accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excel, word
