Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and practical experience in day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should be familiar with UAE VAT and accounting software.

• Manage daily accounting transactions

• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses

• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and financial records

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Maintain customer and supplier accounts

• Prepare bank reconciliations

• Maintain cash and petty cash records

• Handle UAE VAT-related accounting work

• Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances

• Prepare regular accounting reports

• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing

• Prepare trial balance, profit and loss reports, and balance sheet

• Assist with stock and inventory reconciliation

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records

• Support audit requirements

• Coordinate with management, branches, suppliers, and customers for accounting-related matters. Ensure accounting procedures are followed correctly

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of accounting experience

• UAE accounting experience is preferred.

• Good knowledge of UAE VAT.

• Practical experience in Tally or ERP accounting software

• Good knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Experience in bank reconciliation and supplier/customer reconciliation

• Experience in trading, retail, or inventory-based business is preferred

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
