• Recording financial transactions
• Preparing invoices
• Reconciling accounts
• Preparing monthly statements
• Managing accounts receivable/payable
• Assisting with budgeting processes by creating detailed reports that track income and expenses
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and other special projects as assigned by management

• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience using accounting software programs such as Quicken or Quick Books
