We are looking for a sincere detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance department with daily accounting activities This opportunity is ideal candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have basic accounting knowledge and are eager to learn and grow
Key Responsibilities- Assist with payroll preparation and salary record maintenance
- Record and maintain credit card expenses
- Handle petty cash entries and reconciliation
- Pass daily accounting entries in the system
- Maintain vouchers invoices and supporting documents
- Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Honest organized and willing to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Basic understanding of payroll processing
- Knowledge of petty cash handling
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills

Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
