Paymaster​/General Cashier

• Accurately calculate and process salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions and overtime
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
• Ensure payroll complies with local labor laws, tax regulations and company policies
• Manage correct deduction of taxes, social security, pensions and benefits
• Answer employee payroll questions promptly and accurately
• Integrate time and attendance records with the payroll system alongside HR
• Process payroll adjustments such as retroactive pay and corrections
• Prepare year-end payroll reports and tax forms
• Maintain accurate payroll records and secure compensation data
• Support internal and external audits with payroll documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in payroll processing or accounting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Excellent organizational skills across multiple payroll cycles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• High integrity and confidentiality with sensitive data

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in hospitality or service industry
