Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will handle tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Additionally, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service while managing phone calls and other inquiries.
Demands for the Candidate:
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role and must possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred). A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree being preferred. Additionally, candidates should have strong attention to detail, organisational skills, the ability to work independently as well as take direction from others, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
