Recreation Receptionist

Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Recreation Receptionist to join our team. The Recreation Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks at our recreational facility.

This position is based at The Cove Rotana Ras al Khaimah.

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and emails, and respond to inquiries
• Schedule appointments, classes, and facility rentals
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Provide information about facility services, programs, and pricing
• Ensure all visitors adhere to facility rules and guidelines
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately

• Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and reservation management software
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of recreational facility operations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
