Key Responsibilities
* Warmly greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and partners to Cloud Spaces with a positive and professional demeanor.
* Efficiently manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and directing inquiries appropriately.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area and common spaces.
* Facilitate meeting room bookings, coordinate service requests, and assist with event setup for workspace users.
* Support various operational tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of the facility and client satisfaction.## Requirements
* Proven experience of 2 years or more in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a hospitality or corporate environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
* Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and a quick learner of new systems.
* A professional, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
