As an Executive Secretary, you’re not just providing professional and administrative support to the Executive Office – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by ensuring smooth operations and helping create memorable experiences for every guest.
ResponsibilitiesHere’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Support Executive Office operations:
Carry out daily administrative activities while following Hilton standards, policies, and procedures. - Provide executive support:
Assist the Executive Office with correspondence, filing, meeting minutes, reports, and other secretarial duties. - Manage communications:
Handle communications with owners, guests, the Corporate Office, and internal teams promptly and professionally. - Coordinate office administration:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, office stationery, records, and filing efficiently. - Build strong relationships:
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain professional standards:
Ensure a clean, organized, and secure work environment while reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or defective equipment. - Support special projects:
Support the Executive Office with additional tasks and special projects as required.

- Previous experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a hotel environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative, organizational, and IT skills
