Job DescriptionWynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
Aboutthe Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join the Gaming Administration team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Manage the SVP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision and confidentiality.
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the SVP and internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Assist in the preparation of reports and submissions to the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and other relevant bodies.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain secure filing systems.
Support the SVP in monitoring departmental projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
Liaise with senior leadership across Gaming Operations, including EGM, Table Games, and Compliance, to ensure seamless communication.
Organize and support VIP visits, inspections, and executive-level events.
Proactively anticipate the needs of the SVP and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
