We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support the organization’s growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform in a structured, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including direct outreach and networking
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Participate in negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic sales and pipeline reports
  • Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and industry-related events
