Senior Officer – Partnerships and External Relations

• Identify, develop, and coordinate local and international partnerships aligned with strategic priorities
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, government, academic, and nonprofit stakeholders
• Manage the full lifecycle of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and partnership agreements
• Coordinate industry engagement to create internship and graduate employment opportunities
• Identify and coordinate funding, sponsorship, and scholarship opportunities
• Organize partnership-related events, forums, and networking activities
• Prepare periodic reports on partnership achievements and stakeholder engagements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in partnership development or external relations
• Experience managing local and international partnerships and MOUs
• Proven track record in organizing stakeholder and industry networking events
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic

• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline
