We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Governance & Compliance Executive to oversee governance, compliance, audits, and policy implementation across all departments.
Responsibilities- Ensure governance and compliance across all departments.
- Conduct internal audits and departmental process reviews.
- Develop, review, and update company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Monitor policy implementation and departmental compliance.
- Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
- Identify risks, compliance gaps, and internal control weaknesses.
- Maintain audit records, policy documentation, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with department heads and external auditors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant experience in governance, compliance, internal audit, or process management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ISO 37301 Compliance, or CIA certification would be an advantage.
