Prepare detailed joinery BOQs, Bills of Quantities and cost estimates ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Conduct thorough material take‑offs from joinery drawings and specifications to determine required quantities and costs.
Evaluate subcontractor joinery bids, comparing prices and assessing their compliance with project requirements.
Manage and control joinery project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
QualificationsPossesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Holds relevant professional certifications such as MRICS or equivalent.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in joinery quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Exhibits a strong understanding of joinery materials, construction methods, and industry standards.
