Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost estimates from design drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
- Conduct thorough value engineering exercises to identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
- Manage and track all project costs, including variations, subcontractors, and materials, to maintain budget control.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly payment applications and invoices to clients.
- A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in MEP quantity surveying within the construction industry, specifically on large‑scale MEP projects (commercial or industrial buildings).
- North Indian candidate preferred.
