Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex civil infrastructure and underground utility projects from conception and planning through construction and closeout.
- Develop and meticulously manage project scope, schedules, and budgets ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of all project phases.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring clear communication channels.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and potential issues developing contingency plans to safeguard project objectives.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure and underground utility projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCEand proficiency with project management software).
