Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and finishing works.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, labor teams, and material deliveries.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Monitor site safety and enforce HSE requirements.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and other contractors on site.
- Assist with project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to read construction and shop drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UAE construction and safety standards.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
