Key Responsibilities
Manage the project from planning through completion
Lead project teams and coordinate with clients consultants contractors and subcontractors
Monitor project strong progress schedule budget and quality strong Manage contracts variations claims and commercial matters
Oversee procurement and subcontractor performance
Identify and manage project risks
Ensure compliance with quality safety and contractual requirements
Prepare regular progress reports and ensure successful project handover Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
15+ years of overall experience
Minimum 5 years of high-rise building experience in the GCCStrong experience in construction project management
Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims and variations
Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills
Strong experience in project planning, cost control, procurement and subcontractor management
Good knowledge of QA/QC and HSE requirements
