Skilled Mason / Construction Worker

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Worker / Mason with strong hands on experience in masonry and general building works. This is a skilled position requiring the ability to perform assigned construction tasks independently. It is not a Helper or General Labourer position
.

• Perform masonry and general construction works independently.
• Carry out block work, plastering, concrete works, repairs, and finishing based on actual trade skills.
• Prepare construction materials, tools, and work areas.
• Execute work according to drawings, measurements, levels, dimensions, and site instructions.
• Operate hand tools and construction equipment safely and correctly.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors and other construction trades.
• Maintain required standards of quality, productivity, and workmanship.
• Identify and report defects, unsuitable materials, and material requirements.
• Maintain tools, work areas, PPE, housekeeping, and HSE standards.

• Proven hands-on experience in construction or masonry.
• Strong practical skills in at least one relevant building trade.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to understand measurements, drawings, and site instructions.
• Good knowledge of construction tools, materials, and work methods.
• Physically fit, reliable, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

• UAE or GCC construction experience.
• Multi-skilled construction experience.
• Experience in contracting, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Candidates with strong practical trade skills will be preferred.

Important: Candidates applying must have genuine hands-on construction/trade experience.
Helpers and candidates with only general labour experience will not be considered.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating foundational literacy and numeracy skills.
• Hold a vocational training certificate or apprenticeship completion in masonry or a related trade.
• Have 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial masonry projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and technical drawings.
