Cost Manager - Post - RAK

Turner and Townsend is recruiting a Cost Manager for post-contract work in Ras Al Khaimah, released on the employer's board on 2 September 2026. The posting places the holder in charge of project cost management across construction and development work, with the duties running from estimate to final payment.

They include preparing and presenting project cost estimates covering construction costs, fees and ancillary expenses, with value engineering recommendations and risk assessments for the client; running vendor prequalification and the bid process, from assessing proposals and analysing bids to bid interviews and recommendations; keeping cost reporting schedules with detailed reports and forecasts against budget; and controlling cost by reviewing payment applications, advising project managers on contractor entitlements, evaluating change order requests and applying dispute prevention and resolution procedures, with a commercial risk register maintained throughout.

Cost estimating and take-off software, bid analysis sheets and change control forms are named as the working tools. The employer asks for a bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or a related construction field, at least four years in a cost management role in construction, and experience supporting cost management on medium to large projects.

RICS accreditation or progress towards it is valued and consultancy experience is preferred. In-country UAE experience is stated as required. The posting gives no salary figure and no closing date.
