Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fit Out Commercial Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will oversee the commercial aspects of fit out projects, ensuring profitable outcomes and smooth contractual processes within the construction sector.

• Manage all commercial activities related to fit out projects, including contract administration and negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maximize project value.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents, bills of quantities, and pricing proposals to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Monitor project budgets and financial reports to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
• Lead claims management and resolve commercial disputes effectively.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on construction costs and industry trends affecting fit out projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ commercial management experience in fit out or construction projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial procedures, and relevant legal frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with commercial and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
