MEP Manager

As an MEP Manager, you will take ownership of the complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scope on a flagship luxury interior fit-out project in Ras Al Khaimah.

You will lead MEP engineering and site teams, oversee technical coordination, procurement, installation, subcontractor performance, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Working closely with project leadership, consultants, designers, specialist subcontractors, and multidisciplinary construction teams, you will ensure that MEP systems are seamlessly integrated with high-specification architectural and interior works while meeting the highest standards of safety, quality, programme, and cost efficiency.

This role requires a technically strong and commercially aware professional with proven experience managing MEP works on high-end, complex construction projects.

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in MEP construction and project delivery.
• At least 5 years of experience in MEP management or senior project delivery roles.
• Proven experience managing complete MEP packages on high-end, technically complex construction projects.
• Strong background in MEP execution, technical coordination, procurement, subcontractor management, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary MEP teams, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver MEP works within approved project programmes, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Previous UAE construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, premium residential, high-end commercial, branded retail, or interior fit-out projects would be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire and life safety, and associated building services.
• Experience coordinating HVAC, electrical systems, architectural lighting, lighting controls, BMS, and specialist MEP installations.
• Ability to review and coordinate MEP designs, shop drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, method statements, and RFIs.
• Knowledge of MEP integration with architectural finishes, bespoke joinery, concealed services, and specialist interior installations.
• Strong understanding of installation methodologies, construction sequencing, technical interfaces, and clash resolution.
