Requirements
You will own the design side of our projects, from first wireframe to final handover, and work closely with our social media and web design divisions. You will design websites, web apps and mobile apps, and create campaign and social media visuals in both Arabic and English. Many of our clients are government entities, so you will often design Arabic and right-to-left layouts.
- Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and final UI for websites, web apps and mobile apps in Figma
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Design bilingual (Arabic and English) layouts, including right-to-left interfaces
- Create social media posts, campaign creatives, presentations and print material
- Write and proofread Arabic copy for designs (around 8 to 20 Arabic social posts a month)
- Hand over clean, developer-ready files and work closely with our web developer
- Join client meetings in RAK to present designs and take feedback
- Keep projects on schedule and manage revisions within the agreed scope

- 2+ years of UI/UX or digital design experience, ideally in an agency
- A strong portfolio with web and mobile UI work, including Arabic or bilingual projects
- Fluent Arabic, written and spoken (you will write and check Arabic copy yourself)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Expert in Figma; good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Comfortable using AI design tools (image generation, Figma AI, copy assistants)
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility and basic HTML/CSS limits
- Able to present your work to clients with confidence
- Based in the UAE, able to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah
- Experience with UAE government brand guidelines
- Motion design (After Effects or similar) for social media videos
- Word Press / Elementor experience
