The Rotana Ras Al Khaimah - The Mangroves is looking for a passionate Reservations Agent to join their team. You will be responsible for processing guest room reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate should have a diploma in hospitality, experience in hotel reservations, and excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset, and opportunities for up-selling are encouraged.
