SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, is seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage check-ins/outs, provide hotel information, and assist with guest requests while upholding the bold SO/ brand identity.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling reservations via the PMS, assisting VIP guests, processing payments, and supporting front desk operations. Fluency in English is required, with flexibility for shifts including weekends.
