Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a Reservations Agent to assist in the Reservations department, manage guest room bookings by phone, email or fax, and ensure timely confirmations. The role requires strong communication, exceptional customer service, and accuracy in OPMS data entry.
You will handle group bookings, stay informed on rates and policies, and contribute to guest satisfaction while promoting our resort and sister properties.
