Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling garment drop-off, inspection, tagging, billing, and order pickup.
Welcome customers warmly, inspect garments upon intake for stains, damage, or special care instructions, and issue accurate receipts.
Tag and log items into the POS system with precise customer details and care requirements.
Process payments securely (cash, card, digital wallets) and balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
Answer customer phone inquiries regarding pricing, service turnaround times, and status updates.
Organize finished garments neatly in storage areas for quick and accurate retrieval during pickup.
Skills- Friendly, customer-centric demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate tagging and sorting of garments.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
