• Manage the design, installation, and commissioning of full SDI/HD audio-visual studios built for live streaming, including live casino, gameshow, and broadcast formats
• Lead a dedicated AV team operating on a 24/7 shift basis to maintain, operate, and optimize broadcast signal chains, cameras, switchers, and transmission links
• Oversee the setup of advanced studio environments including real décor and chroma key systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV infrastructure ensuring flawless live performance under pressure
• Design custom AV circuits, manage signal routing, and ensure effective integration with broadcast workflows
• Partner with producers, IT, engineering, and operations to ensure the studio meets performance, quality, and safety standards
• Mentor your team, set operational KPIs, and drive continuous improvement

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience managing AV teams (10-20 FTE) and delivering large-scale studio builds from the ground up
• Strong technical background in broadcast-grade equipment: professional cameras, switchers, SDI infrastructure, and chroma key systems
• Skilled in electronic engineering and AV communication systems
• Excellent project management skills and a track record of achieving outcomes under tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solver, calm under pressure, and comfortable driving results in a 24/7 live-studio environment
