We are looking for an Experienced Facade Designer to join our growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. Candidates must be currently available in the UAE and possess strong experience in façade design, detailing, and project coordination.
Prepare façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction details.
Develop technical drawings and design solutions for aluminium, glass, and façade systems.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and site teams.
Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and tender documents.
Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
Support material estimation, design optimization, and value engineering activities.
Assist in resolving technical and design-related issues during project execution.
Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in façade design
- Strong knowledge of aluminium, glazing, curtain wall, and façade systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Experience with façade detailing and shop drawings
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Must be currently available in the UAE
- Immediate joiners preferred
