Senior Architectural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect High-Rise Specialist to lead the design and coordination of complex high-rise building projects The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the architectural team overseeing design development ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating multidisciplinary project delivery This role requires strong technical expertise leadership capability and a proven track record in delivering large-scale and high-rise developments.

• Lead and manage architectural design activities for high-rise building projects from concept through construction documentation
• Develop and review detailed architectural drawings 3D models and design presentations using industry-standard software
• Ensure design compliance with UAE local building codes authority regulations and international best practices
• Coordinate effectively with structural MEP and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
• Review and validate construction documentation shop drawings and material submittals
• Provide technical guidance during project execution and support site teams as required
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and engineers fostering professional development
• Liaise directly with clients consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project outcomes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred). 5 - 8 years of professional experience, with significant involvement in high-rise or large-scale developments.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, and Photoshop.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations, local authority approval processes, and modern construction methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working within an engineering consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
