Overview
We are seeking a PhD-qualified faculty member specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM) and/or Organizational Behavior (OB) to join our MBA Programme. This is a priority academic role offering the opportunity to contribute to high-quality teaching, research-driven learning, and CAA accreditation compliance within a dynamic higher education environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver MBA-level courses including Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Human Resource Management
. - Plan and conduct engaging lectures, case-based discussions, and practical learning activities.
- Design, review, and update course syllabi, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources in line with CAA academic standards.
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes and participation.
Curriculum Development & Quality Assurance
- Contribute to curriculum development, programme reviews, and academic quality improvement initiatives
. - Maintain accurate academic records, course files, and assessment documentation in compliance with CAA requirements
. - Support accreditation processes, internal audits, and institutional academic reviews.
Research & Scholarly Engagement
- Actively participate in research activities and contribute to academic publications.
- Promote research-based teaching and scholarly development within the department.
- Participate in conferences, workshops, and professional development activities.
Academic Administration & Governance
- Participate in academic committees, departmental meetings, and institutional activities.
- Support student academic mentoring and postgraduate supervision where applicable.
- Contribute to institutional growth and academic governance initiatives.
Educational Requirements
- PhD in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related discipline (Mandatory).
- UAE Equivalency Certificate (Mandatory).
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience
, preferably at the postgraduate (MBA) level. - Strong understanding of CAA standards and higher education quality frameworks
. - Demonstrated research capability and scholarly output.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural academic environment.
