We are inviting applications from accomplished and motivated academic professionals for the position of Assistant Professor / Senior Lecturer in Business. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to academic programme enhancement, engaging in meaningful research, and supporting student achievement in line with CAA standards, institutional policies, and international higher education best practices.

• Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate Business courses in alignment with approved curricula and CAA requirements
• Design and update course syllabi, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources mapped to programme learning outcomes
• Apply innovative, learner-centred teaching and assessment approaches to enhance student engagement and achievement
• Maintain complete and compliant academic records, including course files and assessment documentation, as per regulatory standards

• Actively contribute to curriculum development, review, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in academic audits, programme reviews, accreditation preparation, and quality assurance activities
• Ensure adherence to academic regulations, assessment policies, and academic integrity requirements

• Maintain an active research profile with publications in recognized, peer-reviewed journals
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, as applicable
• Participate in academic conferences, research collaborations, and scholarly forums
• Comply with institutional research ethics and integrity frameworks

• Provide academic mentoring, advising, and guidance to students
• Monitor academic progress and deliver timely, constructive feedback
• Participate in assessment moderation, evaluation, and academic decision-making processes
• Address academic concerns in line with institutional procedures

• Contribute to departmental, faculty, and institutional committees
• Support academic planning, programme development, and institutional initiatives
• Mentor junior faculty and participate in professional development activities
• Engage in community outreach and academic engagement initiatives where relevant

• PhD in Business, Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution
• Minimum 7–10 years of teaching and academic experience in higher education
• Strong publication record in reputable, peer-reviewed academic journals
• Demonstrated experience teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels
• Working knowledge of CAA standards, accreditation, and quality assurance processes
• Evidence of effective teaching practices and student engagement
• Experience with in the UAE higher education sector
• Exposure to curriculum leadership, programme coordination, or academic management roles

• Strong disciplinary expertise in Business and related fields
• Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills
• Proven research capability and academic writing proficiency
• Sound understanding of outcomes-based education and assessment frameworks
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse academic environment
• Strong commitment to academic quality, integrity, and continuous improvement
