The University invites applications for a Full-Time Faculty position in Mathematics at its Ras Al Khaimah campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to curriculum development, supporting student success, and participating in academic and administrative activities within the department.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, tutorials, and workshops in Mathematics at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
- Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examinations in alignment with academic standards.
- Facilitate analytical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Integrate real-world applications of Mathematics across business, economics, engineering, and technology disciplines.
- Conduct assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain regular office hours and provide academic advising and student support.
- Participate in curriculum review, academic committees, and quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to research and professional development.
- Support departmental initiatives, accreditation requirements, and institutional events.

Qualifications and Experience- PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related discipline (Master’s degree with significant teaching, research & publication experience may be considered).
- Demonstrated teaching experience at university level.
- Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Research publications in reputable academic journals.
- Experience in curriculum development and academic program review.
- Experience teaching students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds.
