A well-established international school in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Female Principal to lead the school from August 2026. This is a senior leadership role ideal for a visionary educator with a strong background in USA Common Core standards and a proven track record of driving school improvement.

The successful candidate will provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning while fostering a positive school culture. This role is suited to an inspirational leader who can build on existing strengths and guide the school towards continued excellence.

• Provide strong instructional and strategic leadership aligned with USA Common Core
• Lead curriculum development, staff performance, and student achievement
• Prepare for and successfully manage UAE school inspections
• Drive school improvement initiatives to achieve Good or higher inspection ratings
• Build positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and regulators
• Ensure compliance with UAE education regulations and international best practices

• Master of Education (M.Ed) or higher, 3–5 years’ experience in a Principal or senior leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of the USA Common Core curriculum
• Previous experience with UAE inspections (highly preferred)
• Demonstrated success in raising a school’s inspection rating to Good or above
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
