Montessori Teacher

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Montessori Teacher to join our vibrant school community. In this role, you will inspire and guide young learners using the Montessori method, fostering independence, curiosity, and a love for learning in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Plan and deliver Montessori‑inspired lessons that cater to the developmental needs of children in the early years. Create a classroom environment that encourages exploration, self‑discovery, and hands‑on learning. Support each child’s individual growth by using tailored teaching strategies and assessments. Foster strong relationships with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to each child’s development. Maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes social‑emotional growth.

• A Montessori teaching qualification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally within a Montessori setting.
• A deep understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
• Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

• Salary: AED 8,000–12,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualification:

Minimum relevant Bachelor’s Degree with a full teacher certification.
