My client is currently looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our nurturing and stimulating learning environment. In this pivotal role, you will play a vital part in shaping the developmental journey of young children during their most crucial formative years. - Design engaging and age‑appropriate activities that promote cognitive development, social skills, emotional well‑being, and physical growth.
- Provide warm, responsive care and create a safe and supportive space where each child feels understood, respected, and valued.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching learning environment.
- Partner with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and well‑being.
- Stay up‑to‑date on the latest best practices in early childhood education.
- Holds a Cache L3 qualification or above (or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field).
- Proven experience as an Early Childhood Educator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
