Seek Teachers Consultancy is currently looking for a well‑experienced and qualified candidate for a Head of Humanities role in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have similar work experience in an international school setting and be western trained.
About the SchoolThe client is a group of well‑reputable and top‑accredited international schools in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah offering a broad and balanced education adapted to meet the diverse needs of learners ranging from Kindergarten to high school. The school offers a blend of the International Baccalaureate and the British National Curriculum across respective campuses. The program aims to develop and encourage student talents and interests, providing opportunities to extend learning beyond the classroom and foster active global citizenship.
The school has state‑of‑the‑art facilities and uses technology to enhance learning. Teachers must also be tech savvy and have experience using MS Teams, MS Office Suite, and interactive whiteboards.
Requirements to Apply- MUST have a degree in Humanities (Geography) from an accredited university.
- Prefer candidates with a teaching licence such as PGCE in a related subject.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an international school offering IB, British, or American curricula.
- IB/UK national curriculum experience is mandatory.
