We are seeking a qualified and motivated Faculty member in General Business with a specialization in Operations Management to join our academic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting students in achieving academic excellence.

• Deliver lectures in Operations Management and related business subjects.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Engage students through interactive teaching methods, case studies, and practical applications.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
• Conduct research and contribute to academic publications where applicable.
• Provide academic mentoring and guidance to students.
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic committees, and institutional activities.

• Strong knowledge of Operations Management principles and business processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms.

• Prior teaching experience in a university or higher education institution.
• Research publications in Operations / Business Management.
• Experience teaching international curriculum.
