• Must be a speaker of English as a first language (all children are second‑language speakers)
• Teaching qualification required (Teaching license, QTS, PGCE or equivalent)
• Experience of preparing IEPs
• MYP and DP IB experience strongly preferred
• Two years experience

• Qualified, experienced international teachers confident in delivering both the American curriculum and the IB programmes
• Can use modern, student‑centered teaching methods
• Enthusiasm and adaptability important, as the school emphasizes inquiry‑based learning, technology integration, and engaging lessons
• Teachers who are culturally aware, patient, and able to build positive relationships valued due to the largely local Emirati student body
