• Deliver creative, theme-based early childhood lessons focused on literacy, junior math, and arts.
• Foster essential future-readiness skills like collaboration, decision-making, and critical thinking through structured play.
• Cultivate a safe, supportive, and highly engaging classroom environment utilizing child-centered teaching methods.
• Actively track and document student milestone developments and maintain open, positive communication with parents.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education,
  
  B.Ed, or a relevant degree with a CACHE Level 3+ / Montessori Certification.
• Credentials:
  Degrees must be fully attested with a UAE MOE Equivalency Certificate (or in the final stages of processing).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Pre-KG / Kindergarten setting (CBSE or international experience preferred).
• Licensing:
  Active registration or readiness to sit for the UAE Teacher Licensing System (TLS) assessments.
• Skills:
  
  Native or highly fluent English communication skills (IELTS 6.5+ for non‑native speakers). Excellent storytelling, phonics instruction, and classroom management techniques.
• Status:
  Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
